Raffia cushion cover with sky blue pattern

This cushion cover was hand crocheted by Elye, in a workshop in Tananarive - capital of Madagascar.

The army-style pattern in soft tones of blue, sky blue and the natural shade of raffia evokes a gradient sky. This cover goes well with our plain blue raffia cushion covers, and brings a delicate touch to a sofa.

The pattern is on one side, the back is raffia rabane. The opening being quite tight, you can slide a 40x40 cm cushion inside.

Why we love it: For its shade of blue evoking the sky, with an almost tie & dye effect.
