Round raffia rug - Holda

Round rug with a diameter of 150 cm in raffia, hand-woven by Balbine from the Rouge Beauté association.

This model mixes tones of Indian pink, dark blue and emerald green, with a soft and feminine effect. It goes perfectly with a bedroom.

Each rug is unique!

Each craftswoman imagines her rug and the colors that will make it up. She dyes the raffia herself. Once the raffia is dried, she creates a long braid, which she continues by adding strands of raffia and wrapping this braid on itself as she goes.

This is why the rugs are round.

It takes almost 2 weeks to make a carpet 1.50 meters in diameter.
